This Code of Ethics defines the fundamental rules of conduct applicable to all employees, managers, and associates of Eonex. The purpose of the Code is to promote a culture of transparency, professionalism, and compliance with the law, as well as to prevent irregularities, fraud, and harmful practices—particularly in the context of risk control, product safety, and the prevention of counterfeit products.

Honesty
Every person at Eonex is required to act with integrity, honesty and in accordance with professional standards. Business decisions are based on the objective information, facts, and applicable laws – never on personal interests, informal favoritism or unethical pressure.
Any form of corruption, bribery, favoritism, or the deliberate concealment of inaccurate information is strictly prohibited.
Resposibility and professionalism
Every empployee is resposible for the quality of their work and for the fulfilling their duties in accordance with internal procedures, specifications and agreed requirements. Any inaccuracy, error or deviation must be reported and corrected without delay.
Managers are obligated to promote a culture of openness and ensure a clear understanding of responsibilities within their teams.
Confidentiality and protection of information
All data, documents, drawings, technical specifications and other information that employees access during their work are considered confidental business information and must not be shared, reproduced or used for private purposes.
Conflict of interest
Employees are require to avoid situations in which their personal interest could compromise the objectivity of business decision-making. Any situation that could lead to a conflict must be reported immidiately to a supervisor.

Implementation and binding nature of the Code
The Code of Etichs applies to all employees and external associates acting on behalf of Eonex.
Employees acknowledge and accept this Code upon its publication on the employer’s internal computer network – the intranet (DMS), while external associates confirm their acknowledgment and acceptance through the conclusion of a Cooperation Agreement. Violation of the Code may result in a warning, removal from the workplace, termination of employment or contract, or other appropriate measures, depending on the severity of the violation.
This Code is not merely a document – it is the foundation of our professional conscience. Its implementation depends on every individual who, through their actions, demonstrates that ethics and quality are inseparable concepts.
