Eonex d.o.o. builds its business on the principles of integrity, expertise and responsibility towards clients, partners, employees and society. As a manufacturer of high-precision components for industries with the highest safety and quality requirements we recognize our critical role and responsibility within the global value chain.
This Code of Ethics defines the fundamental rules of conduct applicable to all employees, managers, and associates of Eonex. The purpose of the Code is to promote a culture of transparency, professionalism, and compliance with the law, as well as to prevent irregularities, fraud, and harmful practices—particularly in the context of risk control, product safety, and the prevention of counterfeit products.

Ethical principles in business

Honesty
Every person at Eonex is required to act with integrity, honesty and in accordance with professional standards. Business decisions are based on the objective information, facts, and applicable laws – never on personal interests, informal favoritism or unethical pressure.
Any form of corruption, bribery, favoritism, or the deliberate concealment of inaccurate information is strictly prohibited.

Resposibility and professionalism
Every empployee is resposible for the quality of their work and for the fulfilling their duties in accordance with internal procedures, specifications and agreed requirements. Any inaccuracy, error or deviation must be reported and corrected without delay.
Managers are obligated to promote a culture of openness and ensure a clear understanding of responsibilities within their teams.

Confidentiality and protection of information
All data, documents, drawings, technical specifications and other information that employees access during their work are considered confidental business information and must not be shared, reproduced or used for private purposes.

Conflict of interest
Employees are require to avoid situations in which their personal interest could compromise the objectivity of business decision-making. Any situation that could lead to a conflict must be reported immidiately to a supervisor.

Prevention of counterfeits and product protection

Our commitment
Eonex is committed to actively combating the presence of counterfeit materials, parts, and documents in any part of the production process or supply chain. We consider authenticity control to be fundamental to preserving the safety and functionality of our products, and therefore the safety of end users.

Definition of a counterfeit

A counterfeit item is understood to mean every material, component, or document:

  • that is falsely labeled, changed or produced with the intent to be presented as authentic;
  • that does not comply with the declared specifications, but is knowingly placed on the market as such;
  • that lacks valid traceability, original documentation or appropriate proof of origin.

Preventive measures

To prevent counterfeits from entering in our system, we undertake the following activities:

  • we work exclusively with authorized and verified suppliers;
  • we apply strict incoming inspections of material and certificates
  • we ensure full traceability of all parts and processes from order to delivery;
  • we regularly educate employees about risks related to counterfeits;
  • we use marking and serial number records for critical components;
  • we encourage reporting of any suspicion of non-authentic material or documentation.

Employee responsibility

Every employee has an obligation to report any concern regarding authenticity of a part, material, document or process. The deliberate ignorance of such a situation is considered a serious violation of this Code.

Relationship with clients and partners

Eonex nurtures relationships based on trust, professionalism and respect for agreements. In working with clients and partners, we adhere to the following principles:

  • we provide accurate and complete information;
  • we never make false statements or conceal actual conditions;
  • we respect all contractual obligations and technical specifications;
  • we protect the confidentality of business data and proprietary information;
  • we do not engage in unfair market practices.

Responsibility for the safety and the environment

The safety of employees, users and wider community is our permanent priority. The same applies to environmental protection at all stages of the production cycle.
Employees are required to:

  • comply with prescribed safety measures;
  • wear protective equipment and use tools responsibly;
  • report any hazardous situation, near miss or incident;
  • ensure the efficient use of energy and raw materials;
  • adhere the priciples of sustainability and environmental care.

Cooperation, communication and work environment

Quality cooperation is based on mutual respect, constructive communication and a willingness to help. Eonex employees:

  • communicate clearly and without concealing essential information;
  • respect the opinions of others, even when they differ;
  • resolve disagreements calmly and professionally;
  • create a working atmosphere in which everyone feels valued and safe.

Discrimination, mobbing, harassment and/or abuse are not acceptable in any form.

Reporting irregularities and whistleblower protection

All employees have the right and obligation to report unethical behaviour, irregularities, misuse or suspicions of counterfeits. Reports may be submitted confidentially and without fear of any negative consequences.

The company guarantees:

  • protection of the reporter`s identity;
  • impartial investigation of all reports;
  • protection against any form of retaliation;
  • initiation of corrective actions where justified.

Implementation and binding nature of the Code

The Code of Etichs applies to all employees and external associates acting on behalf of Eonex.
Employees acknowledge and accept this Code upon its publication on the employer’s internal computer network – the intranet (DMS), while external associates confirm their acknowledgment and acceptance through the conclusion of a Cooperation Agreement. Violation of the Code may result in a warning, removal from the workplace, termination of employment or contract, or other appropriate measures, depending on the severity of the violation.
